- Making brown rice spaghetti with this awesome sauce, cooking from this (thank you Swati and Azu!), and making this amazing bread
- Taking advantage of the spring sunshine and enjoying long walks along the Thames, around Bermondsey and in Southwark Park
- Taking the plunge and finally making almond milk from scratch
- Discovering coconut bacon (!!!)
- Sipping coffee in the sun and buying organic veggies at Spa Terminus Market
